Look, an anemometer!
Notice anything funny about it? This is an example of the the Tornado Intercept Vehicle crew's sense of humor. The propeller and tail of their (multi-thousand-dollar) Young Marine anemometer was ripped off by a tornado in Wyoming on June 5, 2009, so they, ahem... fixed it. Behold, a Young(ish) anemometer, constructed of the finest cardboard, printer paper, and gaffers tape that money can buy.
